1、 Product introduction
The braid of the company's lined fire hose is made of synthetic fiber (polyester filament). The raw material of the lining is polyurethane, and the quality meets the requirements of gb6246-2011 standard. It has the advantages of high pressure resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, no water seepage, small water flow resistance, fast water outlet, light and soft, long service life and so on.
2、 Scope of application
The lined fire hose is widely used in different areas, different environments and different pressure requirements for fire fighting and industrial, agricultural, commercial and military water and oil transportation. It can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, organs, hotels, shopping malls, petrochemical industry, warehouses, vehicles and ships.
3、 Usage and precautions
1. When the fire hose is sleeved with the fire hose interface, it must be carefully screwed in, and then firmly tied.
2. Check whether the fire hose and connector are in good condition. If damaged, it is strictly prohibited to use.
3. The fire hose shall be connected close to the water pump. The fire hose after water filling shall be prevented from twisting or sudden bending, and the fire hose interface shall be prevented from collision and damage.
4. When the fire hose is used, the belt body shall be placed flat without distortion, and sharp tools shall not be used to press or drag or pull. Prevent the belt from being damaged.
5. After using acid-base and other liquids, wash them immediately and protect the adhesive layer to prevent corrosion of the belt and affect the service life.
4、 Maintenance
1. The quality of fire hose directly affects the fire extinguishing effect. During use, maintenance must be strengthened.
2. The fire hose shall be managed by a specially assigned person to prevent accidental damage.
3. After the fire hose is used, it must be dried in the sun or dried in the air and rolled for storage, so that the waterproof belt can be separated from the ponding and affect the use of the lining.
4. The fire hose shall be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and shall not be placed outdoors in the sun and rain or in places with high temperature, humidity and strong corrosivity for a long time, so as to avoid aging of the hose or degumming of the lining and affecting the normal use.
